We are seeking an experienced Monday.com Administrator to join our team and manage the day-to-day operations of the Monday.com platform. This role is pivotal in supporting users, designing efficient workflows, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems to drive productivity and collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS system administration, excellent technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Design, build, and optimize workflows to enhance team collaboration and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business teams to assess integration needs, map data flows, and configure automated synchronization between systems.
  • Conducting training sessions for users and develop best practices and instructional materials to maximize adoption and effective usage
  • Keep appraised of new features and relevant updates, communicating important changes to the user base.
  • Configuring and customizing workspaces, templates, and workflows to meet business needs.
  • Allocating and managing licenses across the organization for Monday.com.
  • Monitoring usage and license statistics and generating reports to track adoption and performance.
  • Developing and enforcing governance policies for product usage, including data security, access controls, and compliance.
  • Ensuring alignment with organizational policies regarding data governance and external collaboration.
  • Providing technical support to users for troubleshooting issues and answering queries.
  • Creating user guides and documentation for product processes and features.
  • Developing a roadmap for future project management initiatives, including automation workflows and integrations.

The qualifications.

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Monday.com system administrator or in a similar role managing enterprise-level platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret usage statistics and optimize processes.
  • Solid understanding of governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Experience connecting business platforms via APIs and third-party connectors.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile or Waterfall).
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Additional experience in Smartsheet and Planner preferred.

This is anexemptposition, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.

Compensation information posted is based on a position being located in the state of CO, IL, or MA. Please review theposition location for theapplicable geographic location. Generally, experienced hires are not hired at or near the maximum salary range for their position, as compensation decisions are determined through a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to: responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. For early career roles, including campus hires, we offer market-based starting salaries that are consistent across individuals within the same hiring group. This approach ensures fairness and reflects current industry benchmarks for entry-level talent.

The compensation range for this role in IL, MA or CO is: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00
