As a BODY20 Receptionist, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members and staff on a daily basis! You will be an integral part of the success of a fast-paced fitness studio by providing best-in-class customer experiences while building relationships with BODY20 members and the community.

Position Overview
As a BODY20 Receptionist, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members and staff on a daily basis! You will be an integral part of the success of a fast-paced fitness studio by providing best-in-class customer experiences while building relationships with BODY20 members and the community.
Responsibilities
- Greet all clients, prospects and employees in a warm and welcoming manner
- Provide superior customer service to current members and prospects
- Check members in, schedule appointments and answer membership questions
- Work as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales and onboarding new members.
- Generate a monthly event calendar and participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand
- Create 2-3 social media posts per week
- Create content for a monthly newsletter
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in fitness, hospitality or customer service
- Morning shift availability (7am-1pm)
- Ability to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly
- Passion for health and wellness
- Strong Follow-up and organizational skills
