We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Mortgage Support Specialist to join our client’s team. In this role, you will provide direct support to management through reporting, administrative tasks, documentation, and client communications. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in mortgage, financial services, or banking and have strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports to support management decision-making.

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and file management.

  • Handle calls, emails, and follow-ups with clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders.

  • Ensure all documentation is properly completed, filed, and compliant with industry standards.

  • Support management with special projects, process improvements, and tracking key performance metrics.

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in mortgage, financial services, or banking required.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); reporting or CRM system experience is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation.



Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
