Job Title: MS 700 Certified MS Teams Consultant ​Job Location: ​Tulsa, O​K​(onsite) ​Job Duration: 12+ Months Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Teams Consultant with MS-700 certification to join our client’s IT collaboration team in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Teams environments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the enterprise. This is a hands-on, on-site role requiring a strong background in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, governance, and Teams management. ​Key Responsibilities: Configure, manage, and support Microsoft Teams for enterprise users. Lead Teams implementation, migration, and integration projects. Develop and maintain governance, compliance, and security policies for Teams. Collaborate with internal departments to streamline communication workflows using Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online. Manage Teams voice and telephony integration with Microsoft Calling Plans or Direct Routing. Provide Tier-2/3 support and resolve Teams-related issues. Create technical documentation, training materials, and best practices. Monitor Teams usage analytics and optimize performance and adoption. Work with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, PowerShell, and related tools for advanced configuration. ​Required Skills & Qualifications: MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams Certification (Mandatory) ​3+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 Administration and Teams configuration. Proven experience with Teams governance, compliance, and security management. Expertise with Teams Voice, PSTN integration, and Meeting Room setup. Strong understanding of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive integration. Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for Teams and M365 automation. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
