- Apply knowledge of Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), Space Operations, and Electronic Warfare (EW) to support lethal and non-lethal targeting.
- Integrate with the G-7 contracted scenario manager, reports officer, SIGINT analyst, and human terrain SME to ensure the cyber environment is fully nested within the exercise scenario.
- Develop training infrastructure to meet cyber-related Joint Mission Essential Task List (JMETL) objectives.
- Coordinate cyber-enabling effects with USCYBERCOM/Interagency in support of direct action, advancing Information Operations (IO) and cyber capabilities.
- Collaborate with DoD entities, Joint Staff J7, and Service Cyber/EW/Space program managers to integrate Programs of Record (POR) for enhanced threat replication.
- Assist in the creation, operation, and management of multiple social media personas, personal websites, and associated online information sources.
- Design, install, operate, and maintain cyber target infrastructure while providing detailed documentation for each asset.
- Ensure all cyber accounts, profiles, and equipment supporting role players are functional at the start of each event.
- Brief cyber operations plans, exercise development working groups, and after-action reviews.
- Assist the SIGINT Chief with asset management and inventory of technical equipment.
- Stay updated on emerging cyber principles and social media platforms.
- Prior experience as a close-access operator conducting cyber/cyber-enabling operations.
- Minimum of three years of military or civilian experience conducting cyber-enabling operations or working with a Cyber Mission Force (CMF) (SOCOM, USCYBERCOM, MARFORCYBER, etc.).
- Three years of Special Mission Unit (SMU) experience with a focus on cyber operations preferred.
- Graduate of a relevant OSINT certification course (Berber Hunter Tool Kit or equivalent) preferred.
- Holds active certifications such as:
- Ethical Hacker Certification
- COMPTIA A+/Net+/Sec+
- Offensive Security Certification Professional (OSCP)
- USCYBERCOM Work Role Certification (desired)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Thorough understanding of fundamental Cyber, Space, EW, and OSINT operations.
- Expertise in computer networks, email servers, and VPN operations.
- Strong knowledge of offensive cyber operations TTPs (required).
- Familiarity with defensive cyber operations TTPs (desired).
- Proficiency with:
- Computers, networking, and mobile devices (Windows, Apple OS, MS Office, Internet browsers, etc.).
- Social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Social media branding and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Website development (WordPress or similar tools).
- Creative writing for blog content creation and management.
