Pay range $285,719-$333,277 Our team We have multiple primary care openings across our 12,000 square mile service area. From small towns of 1,000 residents to larger communities of 50,000-plus, there are opportunities for a variety of practice models, including: Family Medicine (with or without OB) in Omak Family Medicine in Tonasket Family Medicine in Moses Lake Women s Primary Care in Wenatchee Internal Medicine in Wenatchee All opportunities: Offer a four or five day work week Are seeking board-certified or board-eligible physicians Offer robust loan repayment options Require the ability to obtain an active license in Washington State Are seeking concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families Offer Epic EMR Want providers who value high quality care and work life balance Are looking for the ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records Work/Life Balance and Benefits Silver Award Winner of the AMA s Joy in Medicine program for committed efforts to improve physician satisfaction and reduce burnout. Compensation: First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two.
