About the Role:
The firm’s Financial Services team is seeking an experienced attorney to support its well-established practice in the securitization of municipal bonds within “tender option bond” (TOB) programs. The team represents several major bank sponsors, each with unique program structures and requirements.

While specific TOB experience is not required, the ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in municipal bonds, securitization, lending, or general debt financing and an eagerness to learn the nuances of this highly specialized area.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

  • Admission to practice in New York (or ability to obtain promptly).

  • Experience in municipal bonds, securitization, lending, or structured finance.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a non-partnership track opportunity. The anticipated annual base salary range is $100,000–$430,000, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. The firm offers comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; life and disability insurance; and additional wellness and dependent care support.
