Proformance Builder Solutions is a leading B2B construction services provider, specializing in roofing, drywall, painting, siding, and house wrap for new residential construction. Founded in 2016, we have completed over 15,000 roofing installations and have recently expanded our service offerings to meet the growing demands of residential builders across the state. Our mission is to be the safest, quickest, and lowest-cost provider in the industry, delivering high-quality services to builders on time and on budget.


Overview

The National Account Representative is responsible for managing and growing ProBLDs top national builder accounts. This role serves as the bridge between national procurement teams and regional field operations, ensuring consistent pricing, strong service delivery, and disciplined performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with assigned National Builders.

Build and execute strategic account plans to drive annual GP and revenue growth.

Maintain national pricing strategies and oversee bid submissions.

Coordinate with Regional offices and internal teams for seamless service delivery.

Attend national builder summits, performance reviews, and corporate meetings.

Maintain pipeline accuracy and forecasting within CRM systems.

Provide quarterly account performance reviews to leadership.

Expectations

Ensure accurate scope validation, job costing, and competitive quoting.

Consistently work on market penetration and grow market share within the Builders operating areas.

Implement new lines of business

Qualifications

7+ years managing national or regional construction-related accounts.

Proven track record managing $10M+ portfolios.

Deep understanding of builder procurement processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred: Experience in roofing, siding, or exterior construction.

Performance Metrics

Revenue growth and GP contribution by account.

Margin retention vs. target.

Customer satisfaction and retention.

Forecast accuracy and CRM utilization.

Collaboration effectiveness with internal teams.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $90,000-$100,000

Commission: based on top line sales.

Earnings potential: $150,000+

Eligibility for quarterly/annual sales based bonuses.

Travel requirement: ~2535% within the state of Florida
