**Key Responsibilities:**

- Establish and cultivate relationships with custom and tract builders, plumbing supply houses, and kitchen and bath showrooms.

- Run sales reports and maintain updated databases, while managing email campaigns.

- Collaborate with the manufacturing plant to provide feedback on industry trends and potential new product designs.

- Utilize tools to manage purchase orders and scheduling, ensuring effective follow-through to foster lasting partnerships.

- Actively contribute to product marketing and SEO strategies, providing insights on upcoming product ideas.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Strong knowledge of plumbing supplies, building industry practices, and the Kitchen and Bath sector.

- Proven experience in outside sales with a background in commercial and residential builders or wholesale plumbing supply houses.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.

- Ability to analyze sales data and contribute to marketing efforts creatively.

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to exploring new market opportunities and trends.
