Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including neurosurgeons, neuroradiologists, physiatrists, and primary care physicians, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care. Participate in a shared call schedule for neurological consultations and emergencies. Engage in departmental meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives to advance patient care.
