Kadlec Regional Medical Center is seeking a full-time board-certified/board-eligible Neurologist in Richland, Washington. You will be joining an exceptional and highly experienced team at a facility that features the region's primary stroke center. The role has a 7-on/7-off schedule and is a mix of inpatient and outpatient clinical duties. This is a great opportunity to join a strong and community-oriented Neurology group while enjoying a highly balanced schedule. Full-time schedule 7-on/7-off 12-hour hospital shifts that include Monday to Friday daytime clinic Hospital call during the 7 days on supported by 24 hours IM Hospitalist and Intensivists coverage Mix of inpatient and clinic work Robust onboarding program New graduates are encouraged to apply; great opportunity for mentorship Expert professional student debt advice at no charge Kadlec qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Recruitment incentives include starting bonus, $15K relocation and $5K CME allowances Compensation is between $341,507 and $382,015 per year The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
