Pay Rate: $29.56
Basic Purpose
Processes all Rule 9 distribution contracts and payments and sets up all new billing accounts for Company. Administers the work management system and related databases to ensure delivery of service commitment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepares, tracks, and administers work order packages and drawings for design team. (20%)
- Administers the service application process to ensure timely meter sets and customer billing account establishment. (20%)
- Administers the work management system to ensure delivery of service commitment. (20%)
- Receipts all contract payments and prepares deposits. (20%)
- Prepares and administers line extension agreements and tracks tie to contracts. (20%)
- Ensures all compliance aspects of position are known and followed; understands and complies with all policies, codes and regulations applicable to position and company.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
Education and Work Experience
High School diploma and 3 years of related experience.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of: · Applicable department business process.
- Skills such as: Time management, manage multiple tasks in a high volume area, analytical, interpersonal
Equipment and Applications
PCs, word processing, spreadsheet and database software.
