Our established, refined high volume nightlife restaurant in the Penn Quarter district is seeking a talented Beverage Director! If you are a passionate mixologist and enjoy driving unforgettable guest experiences, we want to speak with you!

Nightlife Beverage Director Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing a high-volume bar program
• Advanced expertise in beer, wine, spirits, and beverage cost controls
• Strong leadership, staff management, and training skills; hands-on operational experience required
• Strong P&L, cost control and systems experience
• Servant leader and teacher, empowering others to be their very best
• Team player with the ability to take direction and think outside the box

Nightlife Beverage Director Responsibilities: 

• Lead/Coach/Develop the beverage team to excellence
• Supervise day-to-day beverage operations, communicate objectives, and assign work
• Design and update cocktail menus and wine lists, collaborating with the Executive Chef, General Manager, and Sales/Event Managers for consistency in flavor profiles and menu design
• Collaborate with Event Sales Managers to design banquet beverage offerings and amenity options
• Oversee beverage operations and admin-vendor relations, inventory, expense control, hiring
• Must be able to communicate well with the culinary leadership team and team members in a positive manner

Nightlife beverage Director Benefits:
