Now Hiring: Assembly Associates/ Spot Welders- Location: Kings Mountain, NC
Shift: 1st Shift — 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday
Availability: Must be open to work Fridays and Saturdays when production requires mandatory overtime
Pay: 18.00 per hour
Job Description:
We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Assembly Associates to join our manufacturing team in Kings Mountain, NC. This position involves hands-on assembly of automotive components in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Assemble and inspect parts according to production standards
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow work instructions and quality procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support team goals by meeting production and quality expectations
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
Requirements:
- Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Must be dependable and available for required overtime
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Must be open to work Fridays and Saturdays when production requires
