Nurse Navigator - Mercy Clinic Spine & Pain at Mercy

Find your calling at Mercy! The Spine and Pain Nurse Navigator is responsible for guiding a patient through the comprehensive spine and pain treatment plan designed for them as a whole person. This role includes education, support, coordination, and advocacy, for the patient and family. The goals of this position include ensuring high quality patient care, easy access to the care needed, barrier elimination, and an excellent patient experience by connecting the patient and family with appropriate resources and services. The Spine and Pain Nurse Navigator will treat all patients entrusted in their care with dignity and compassion. Position Details: Nurse Navigator – Mercy Clinics South - Spine effectively utilize resources to meet patient needs • Preferred Other: Public speaking skills, easily understands and integrates new information, experienced with evidence based best practice and protocol development/improvement.
