Full-time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access Established team of physicians serving Fort Dodge and the surrounding communities Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences Opportunity to practice in an established and well-known clinic/hospital Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the community Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination Responsibilities Average patients per day: 18-25 Work schedule: 4-day workweek Call rotation: Minimum 1:4 Weekend Call: 1 per month Weekday Call: 1 per week Clinic Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8am-5pm Friday: 8am-4pm 12-1:30pm reserved for attending L sleep room available for in-house call Pediatric Hospitalist coverage: 24/7 Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills Qualifications MD or DO Board Eligible or Board Certified in obstetrics
