About the Role
We are seeking two Administrative Assistants to support property management operations for Big Block’s growing portfolio. This is a brand-new position offering flexibility and the opportunity to transition into a permanent role. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks during business hours (8 AM – 5 PM).
- Support 2–3 properties weekly, including scheduling appointments for property visits.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in spreadsheets and CRM systems.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.
- Answer questions from prospective clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate calendars and ensure smooth scheduling for property tours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
- Background in property management, sales office, or insurance office.
- Strong client or customer experience in a corporate or office setting.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel and standard office software.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
