Office Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to join our clients dynamic team in San Diego, CA. This role offers a chance to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make a meaningful impact.

About the Role: As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of the office operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing a busy email inbox, handling both incoming and outgoing mail, and supporting the reception team. You will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies and performing various clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage a high-volume email inbox with a focus on client interactions.

  • Accurately perform data entry in our case management systems.

  • Handle all aspects of mail processing, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

  • Assist the reception team with deliveries and other tasks.

  • Maintain and order office supplies to ensure smooth operations.

  • Operate and maintain mail and shipping equipment.

  • Take on ad hoc projects as assigned by the manager.


What We're Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a client or customer service role.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a law firm setting highly preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).

  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
