This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, supporting a busy office, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members in a professional manner
 - Answer and route phone calls and emails promptly
 - Maintain office supplies, equipment, and general organization
 - Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed
 - Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
 - Assist with data entry, filing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
 - Support various departments with administrative projects
 
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
 - 1–3 years of administrative or office experience preferred
 - Strong organizational and multitasking skills
 - Excellent communication and customer service abilities
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
 - Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite full-time
 
Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
