Job Title: Office Assistant

Pay Rate: $18/hour-$20/hour, based on experience

Hours: Full Time, Monday through Friday, 7:30am-5pm

Length: Temporary to Hire

Location: Green Bay, WI (on-site)

What You’ll Do: 

You will be sitting at the front desk.

  • Answer incoming calls, transfer calls and take messages
  • Greet customers, assist customers with appointments and scheduling
  • Will be a lot of data entry and paperwork involved
  • Create invoices once service orders are closed out


Requirements: 

  • Must have office experience involving phone work
  • Customer Service experience with a passion for servicing the customer
  • Accounting or invoicing experience is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent work ethic and reliable
