We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Glendale, California. This part-time role (Tues, Weds, Thurs 8am-5pm) involves supporting the daily administrative operations of a busy office environment while ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. As a Contract-to-long-term position, this opportunity offers the potential for continued employment within a collaborative and efficient setting.


Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors and provide appropriate assistance or directions.

• Maintain a well-organized office environment, including managing supply levels and restocking as needed.

• Handle filing tasks, both physical and digital, to ensure records are easily accessible.

• Perform data entry, document preparation, and other routine administrative tasks.

• Coordinate team schedules, photocopying, scanning, and mailing activities.

• Manage calendars and assist in booking and coordinating travel arrangements.

• Support executive meetings by preparing materials and ensuring smooth logistics.

• Run occasional local errands or deliveries to support office operations.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office or administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with calendar management and travel coordination.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
