                            We are looking for a motivated Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Irving, Texas. In this role, you will support daily office operations and provide exceptional service to ensure smooth workflows. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build positive relationships with team members and clients.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize office documentation, ensuring accurate filing and record-keeping.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and provide attentive assistance.
• Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure availability.
• Support team members with administrative tasks and special projects.
• Collaborate with colleagues to address any operational challenges and find solutions.
• Uphold a welcoming and organized office environment for both staff and guests.
• Monitor and handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office or administrative role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Friendly and detail-oriented approach with a focus on customer service.
• Reliability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
