Well established financial services firm seeks an excellent office manager crucial to the success of the business. Key Responsibilities: · Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors · Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence · Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment · Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting preparation · Handle document filing, data entry, and bookkeeping accounts payable/receivable · Support the office staff with admin tasks as needed · Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards Requirements: · High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in office administration is a plus · 1+ years of administrative or office experience preferred · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) · Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with attention to detail · A proactive and positive attitude
