Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
 - Answer phones professionally and provide friendly, HIPAA-compliant communication
 - Greet and assist patients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism
 - Handle patient accounting functions, including co-pays, account maintenance, and collections
 - Manage petty cash and financial logs
 - Order and maintain office and facility supplies, including Amazon and pharmacy orders
 - Create and manage patient accounts for personal funds during treatment
 - Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
 - Track and log outside visitors and group sign-in sheets
 - Ensure all financial records are accurate and complete
 - Collaborate with the Operations team to support smooth facility operations
 
Pay Range $24-$26 hourly
Commensurate with experience.
Requirements:- High school diploma preferred
 - 2+ years of administrative or office management experience preferred
 - Strong knowledge of confidentiality laws (HIPAA) and patient rights
 - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
 - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
