At Five-S, The Office Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position includes supporting all office administrative functions and providing high level support to our executive management team. Work closely with managers to gain knowledge and become proficient in job tasks performed weekly to ensure no disruption in business operations. The ideal individual will have the ability to demonstrate multiple skills with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Must be able to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. This is a full-time salary position that will office in Scott, LA.
