Call Center Associate at Staffmark Group
Job Description
Staffmark is looking for a professional and dependable Call Center Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll handle inbound customer calls, provide exceptional support, and assist with inquiries or issues in a calm, courteous, and solution-focused manner. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | Multiple shifts available
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally
 - Provide accurate information, support, and solutions to customer inquiries
 - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude, even during challenging calls
 - Accurately document call details and follow up as needed
 - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure excellent service
 - Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
 - Participate in an on-call rotation approximately once every 7 weeks
 
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
 - Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or call center preferred)
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 - Strong problem-solving abilities and professional demeanor under pressure
 - Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
 - Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
