Position: Onsite Support Specialist
Pay Rate: $18-21/hr
Hours: Just need to work 8 hours and can come in anytime from 6:00am-9:00am or four, 10-hour shifts
Interview Process: One & Done (30-minute virtual)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Onsite Support Specialist to assist in the migration of branch RF units (Zebra scanners) into our Microsoft Intune-managed database. This is an entry-level technical role ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in device setup, support, and particularly with Zebra scanning devices.
Goal: Bringing unmanaged or legacy RF units under centralized management via Microsoft Intune, which allows for device configuration, security enforcement, and remote management.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of mobile device management (MDM) systems, preferably Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with Zebra scanners or similar RF devices.
- Familiarity with Android OS and Wi-Fi/network setup.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Day to Day:
- Inventory and assess existing RF units (Zebra scanners).
- Prepare devices for migration, including resets and configuration.
- Enroll devices into Microsoft Intune using approved methods (e.g., QR code, Android Enterprise).
- Apply and verify device configuration profiles and compliance policies.
- Document migration steps and outcomes for each branch.
