Job Description

Operations Manager Under the general guidance of the President, manage the day-to-day operational activities of an education consulting and support startup. Develop and implement strategies that align with the organization’s short- and long-term objectives. Plan and coordinate international education initiatives, including boarding programs, events, and student/family orientations abroad. Manage recruitment and advising efforts for international participants. Collaborate with U.S. colleges and universities to organize advising sessions, develop instructional content, and promote strategic program planning overseas. Work closely with Education Coordinators to advise students on school selection, application processes, financial aid, credit transfer, scholarships, institutional policies, and cross-cultural adjustment. Manage hosting and supporting international students, including program site management, staffing, and budget planning. Build and maintain professional networks with local, state, national, and international agencies and education professionals. Remote work permitted.
