Your Role: Operations Manager
As an Operations Manager, you will oversee and optimize import/export functions, including ocean, air, and customs brokerage activities. Your leadership will be crucial in streamlining operations, improving process flows, and managing back-office teams to ensure top-tier performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead & oversee international air & ocean import/export operations
Manage & train staff to ensure high efficiency & compliance
Standardize operating procedures & performance metrics to optimize workflows
Support back-office operations teams to ensure smooth execution
Enhance customs brokerage processes and maintain regulatory compliance
Strengthen relationships with domestic transportation carriers, ports, and rail networks
Interface with clients to support business growth & retention

What We re Looking For:
10+ years of experience in international freight forwarding (Air & Ocean)
Deep knowledge of customs brokerage, import/export compliance, and global trade logistics
Proven leadership skills experience in staff management, training & operational oversight
Strong industry connections & knowledge of U.S. transportation markets (rail, ports, carriers)
Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
Excellent communication & customer service skills ability to engage with clients & stakeholders
Detail-oriented, problem solver, and process improvement mindset
