- 10+ years of experience in international freight forwarding (Air & Ocean)
- Deep knowledge of customs brokerage, import/export compliance, and global trade logistics
- Proven leadership skills with experience in staff management, training, and operational oversight
- Strong industry connections and knowledge of U.S. transportation markets (rail, ports, carriers)
- Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and customer service skills for client and stakeholder engagement
- Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and a process improvement mindset
