A company is looking for a Manager III, Operations - Retirement Plan Services.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and coaching to team members, ensuring adherence to policies and fostering a positive work environmentManage performance metrics, conduct quality reviews, and facilitate individual development and career plans for team membersOversee operational processes related to retirement plan documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal standardsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience8+ years of experience in customer service, administration, or operations, preferably in the retirement/financial services or insurance industry4-6 years of experience leading medium-sized teamsExperience with retirement plan documents and knowledge of IRS, ERISA, and DOL regulationsProven experience with project management methodology and advanced technical skills, including MS Office applications
