Salary up to $150,000 + Benefits + Paid Relocation to Florida

We’re seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a specialized highly skilled team working in pulping mills across the South and Southeast regions. You will manage the team directly and collaborate closely with appropriate Mill Leaders in client locations to ensure seamless execution of projects and supply flow.
This is a dynamic role that blends field coordination, purchasing, bidding, and people management—all in service of keeping our business and client mill operations running smoothly and safely.
Operations Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inventory and ensure supplies are delivered to job sites
- Approve payables and manage project timelines
- Assist with customer estimates and lead bid processes
- Purchase tools and materials needed
- Manage team and ensure they’re equipped for success
- Support overall operational workflow and customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a pulp mill environment
- Strong background in planning, inventory, customer service, and logistics
- Proven ability to manage people, negotiate effectively, and drive results
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
