Client: Educational Job Title: Facilities Coordinator/Operations Specialist Location: Palo Alto, CA 94304 - Onsite Duration: 6 Months (Extension/Conversion based on performance) Pay Range: ($33-$35) hourly Description: Seeking an Operations Specialist (Facilities Specialist) to support daily operations, maintenance, and facility management in a regulated lab environment. Key Responsibilities: Serve as primary contact for facility operations and maintenance issues. Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and vendor services. Track work requests, inspections, and utility usage. Support safety, security, and space management activities. Maintain records for property, purchasing, and equipment inventory. Assist with small project coordination, scheduling, and budgeting. Ensure compliance with facility and safety standards, including waste disposal and emergency preparedness.
