Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; weekends as needed]
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support Clerk to join our team. This critical role supports the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse and logistics team. You’ll assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, label printing, document handling, and operational coordination.
You’ll work closely with management and various departments to execute daily priorities and ensure that all warehouse documentation is accurate and organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Print shipping labels and match with corresponding pick tickets
 - Assemble required documentation for warehouse use
 - Support various departments (HR, Customer Service, Scheduling) with filing and document retrieval
 - Organize, label, and archive photos and records for compliance and quick access
 - Perform general administrative duties to support warehouse operations
 - Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures
 
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
 - Prior experience in administrative, warehouse, or logistics support preferred
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email systems
 - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
 - Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet time-sensitive deadlines
 - Excellent communication and teamwork skills
 - Willingness to work extended shifts and weekends as needed
 
Work Environment
- Office and warehouse setting
 - May require frequent movement between office and warehouse areas
