Operations Support II - Submission support at US Tech Solutions, Inc.

Duration: 12+ Months contract, Potential with long term Location: North Chicago, IL 60064 / Hybrid Provide operational support to departmental projects or larger scale department/division-wide efforts. Duties may include: tracking information and generating reports, research and follow through, schedule coordination and database management. May require knowledge and/or experience in specific programs or processes pertinent to the customer. Minimum supervision required. Minimum 1 year of experience. Top 3-5 skills, experience or education required a. Required Skill 1: Works proactively- must be able to provide work product and results on time, accurately and consistent with expectations b. Required Skill 2: Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written. Ability to communicate complex, technical issues clearly c. Required Skill 3: Detail oriented d. Required Skill 4: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects and apply strong organizational skills e. Required Skill 5: Experience with relevant software systems, scientific writing and terms, document checking, importation, and workflows in electronic submissions systems highly preferred Education, and/or certification is required High School diploma, Bachelor of Science Degree strongly preferred Nice to have (but not required) At least two years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
