Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor slitting equipment in afast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ensure product quality by performing visual inspections and maintaininghigh attention to detail.
• FollowcGMP, ISO, and safety standardsat all times.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment and process issues to maintain production efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production and yield documentation.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth shift transitions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and demonstrate awillingness to learn new skills.

Qualifications

• 13 years of experienceoperating manufacturing equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED(completed and verified prior to start).
• Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skillsand apositive, team-oriented attitude.
• Reliable attendanceand ability to work a24/7 rotating shift schedule.
• Commitment to safetyand adherence to all pharmaceutical manufacturing standards.
• Must be able tolift up to 50 poundsand stand for extended periods.
• Experience withtroubleshooting, production yields, cGMP, and ISO standardspreferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
