Hybrid - Location Washington DC
$103,651.00 - $157,829.00
The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) whose mission is to enhance the fiscal and financial stability, accountability and integrity of the Government of the District of Columbia is in search of an Oracle ERP Specialist / Information Technology Specialist (APPS-CLOUD). This position is in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). The incumbent works closely with the Office of the Chief Financial Officer and other District government stakeholders in conducting work that involves the design, documentation, development, modification, testing, installation, implementation, and support of new or existing applications software.

This position is in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). The incumbent works closely with the Office of the Chief Financial Officer and other District government stakeholders in conducting work that involves the design, documentation, development, modification, testing, installation, implementation, and support of new or existing applications software.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Analyzes and refines system requirements and translates requirements into applications
- Installing, configuring, testing, and implementing modifications to Oracle ERP or EPM Cloud
- Troubleshooting and working with vendors to resolve issues with system availability, functionality, and performance
- Performing requirements analysis, application design and develops technical design documents
- Planning and coordinating the installation, configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance of business applications
- Determines output media/formats in order to exchange data between and within systems
- Implements revisions to IT systems to sustain appropriate system performance
- Performs other related duties as assigned
