Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) Consultant at Perficient

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Oracle ARCS Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle's Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). You will work closely with finance and IT stakeholders to streamline and automate reconciliation processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance financial controls.

Note: This is a pipeline role, so our timing will be fluid

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle ARCS, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Analyze existing reconciliation processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization using ARCS features.
• Configure reconciliation formats, profiles, matching rules, and workflows in ARCS.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate reconciliation logic and system performance.
• Provide training and support to end-users and ensure adoption of ARCS best practices.
• Monitor system performance and data integrity, and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Collaborate with finance, audit, and IT teams to ensure compliance and alignment with business goals.
• Stay current with Oracle ARCS updates and recommend enhancements based on new features.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, specifically ARCS.
• Strong understanding of account reconciliation processes, financial close, and internal controls.
• Experience with ARCS modules such as Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching.
• Proficiency in Smart View, Excel, and data integration tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution.
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus.
• A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected

Preferred Skills:

• Oracle ARCS Cloud certification.
• Experience with other Oracle EPM modules (e.g., FCCS, Planning).
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $81,978 to $178,090.
