Responsibilities Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon Responsibilities: * Conduct a range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including extractions, implant placements, bone grafting, sedation, and orthognathic surgeries. * Evaluate and manage conditions affecting the oral cavity, jaw, and facial structures. * Deliver thorough pre-operative assessments and attentive post-operative care to ensure optimal patient outcomes. * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of dental professionals to provide integrated and patient-centered treatment plans. * Uphold the highest standards of safety and sterility within the surgical setting. * Build trust and rapport with patients through clear communication, empathy, and exceptional clinical care. Qualifications Requirements: * Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD). * Completed or are currently enrolled in an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program. * Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Preferred Skills: * 1+ years' experience working as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. * Strong communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate care. * Commitment to ongoing professional development and education. * Ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment Compensation
