? Location: Wayne, PA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

? Pay Rate: $27–$33/hour

? Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Order Entry Specialist to join a Company we are working with in Wayne, PA. This hybrid role requires strong experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, and offers the opportunity to transition into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and process customer orders using internal systems and Amazon platforms
  • Manage order flow from entry to fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and resolve order discrepancies, backorders, and shipping issues
  • Communicate with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Customer Service) to ensure order accuracy
  • Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and inventory in Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central
  • Generate reports and track KPIs related to order processing and fulfillment
  • Support invoicing and documentation for order transactions
  • Assist with onboarding new products and vendors as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in order entry, e-commerce operations, or related field
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central is a must
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and order management systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work onsite in Wayne, PA three days per week

Pay Details: $27.00 to $33.00 per hour
