What You’ll Do:

Monitor incoming orders and review them for accuracy.
Communicate with clients as needed to clarify order details or address inquiries.
Enter orders into the production schedule accurately and efficiently.
Distribute incoming orders to the appropriate departments within the organization.
Track the production of jobs to ensure timely completion and delivery.
Manage changes to production schedules effectively.
Maintain documentation workflow throughout the completion of each project.
Close out completed jobs and forward them for billing.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 1st Shift (8am-4:30pm)

Pay:

$17-$19/hr.

What You’ll Bring:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with good math skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal departments and team members.
Experience dealing with customers is a plus.
