We are seeking a charismatic, HAPPY, customer service and incentive driven fanatic to be our New Patient and Treatment Coordinator extraordinaire. You are the face and voice of our practice!

AirSync is Washington's first comprehensive airway practice dedicated to growing jaws, preventing and curing sleep apnea in infants, children, and adults through dental orthopedics and orthodontics, myofunctional therapy, laser therapies, and tongue-tie surgery and much more!

Job Responsibilities:

• Taking new patient calls/online inquiries and successfully scheduling the patient.
• Presenting and closing high value airway/orthodontics/TMJ cases.
• Diligent follow-up on cases that are not closed.

Requirements:

• Comfortable and confident in presenting high cost treatment plans and closing cases. This is a sales position...you are selling longevity and quality of life. It is priceless.

• Charisma, fast learner, problem-solving skills, "yes" attitude, team mentality, customer service-oriented, kind, smiley and friendly, good typing/spelling skills.

Job Type: Full-time (3 days/week, Mon-Wed + Admin work on Thursdays)

• Pay: $30+ per hour depending on experience
• $500 hiring bonus, paid after completion of 120 days.
