Position Highlights Team Composition : 8 surgeons (3 Total Joint, 3 Sports, 2 Hand) Collaborative Model : Work closely with 13 experienced Physician Assistants Surgical Focus : 40% hip arthroscopy, 40% sports medicine, 20% trauma via call OR Time : 1–2 days per week Call Schedule : ~1 in 8 weeks (Level 2/3 community trauma) Dedicated trauma room time available Practice Environment Supportive Infrastructure : Strong systems in place for outpatient care and surgical coordination Lifestyle
