You will be responsible for generating results through advising prospects on property and casualty insurance. Responsibilities
- Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency.
 - Ensure that the sales process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects
 - Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.
 - Responsible for accurate underwriting.
 - Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.
 
Requirements
Licensing: Active NJ Life & Health or Property & Casualty License is desired.
Experience: Previous experience in sales or insurance-related roles is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Persistence: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and persuasively communicate with clients.
Team Collaboration: Must be proactive and work collaboratively with teams to achieve sales goals.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with sales software and CRM tools is beneficial.
