Responsibilities:
· Generate leads through D2D lead generation
· Contact customer leads through cold calling
· Delivery of sales presentations on roofing and home restoration services to existing and prospective customers
· Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
· Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
· Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
· Maintain constant cross departmental communication with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
· Building and nurturing relationships with customers
· Scheduling appointments with clients and working around their schedule
Job Requirements:
· Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
· Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
· Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline
· Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office
· Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
· Ability to climb a ladder
· Sales experience a plus
