- Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, landscapers, designers, and homeowners.
- Travel throughout your sales territory (4 days per week on the road) to conduct site visits and assess customer needs.
- Present product options that align with project goals, materials, and budgets.
- Quote and estimate material costs accurately, coordinating with the showroom team to fulfill orders.

- Stay up to date on product lines, installation methods, and industry trends.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by offering product expertise, project guidance, and strong customer service.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 5+ years of outside sales experience (building materials or landscaping is a plus, but strong sales backgrounds in other fields are welcome)
- Proven success in territory development and customer relationship building
- High integrity, reliability, and a professional presence
- Ability to travel within the region, manage your schedule independently, and consistently follow through
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with contractors, homeowners, designers, and trade professionals
- Basic technical understanding of materials, jobsite considerations, and installation concepts
This is a non-entry-level role for a self-motivated, trustworthy sales professional.
Benefits
This family-owned organization is proudly employee-focused, offering full benefits, company-paid health insurance for employees, optional family coverage, and participation in an ESOP program-allowing employees to share in company success. You'll also enjoy the stability of a long-standing leader in the brick, stone, and outdoor living products industry, ample room for professional growth, and the support of a highly respected brand.
