**Job Title: Overnight Team Member**

**Position Overview:**
Planet Fitness Lufkin is seeking a dedicated Overnight Team Member who is passionate about health and fitness. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment for all members and guests while providing exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet members and guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the gym, including locker rooms, lobby, fitness equipment, and other areas.
- Respond promptly to member inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Uphold Planet Fitness’ commitment to a “judgment-free zone” environment.
- Assist with general maintenance and ensure all safety standards are met.
- Process membership enrollments and related paperwork accurately.
- Monitor gym safety and security during overnight hours.
- Report directly to the Club Manager regarding any issues or concerns.

**Qualifications:**

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
- Basic computer skills for processing memberships and reporting issues.
- Passion for fitness and helping others is a plus.

**Work Schedule:**

- Overnight shifts (typically between 10 PM and 6 AM)
- Schedule flexibility required, including weekends and holidays.
