PACKAGING LINE Location: Devils Lake, North Dakota Pay: $18/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time

We have an immediate opening for a production team member at our food production plant working with black pinto beans. We're looking for dependable individuals who can start as soon as possible and are seeking long-term employment (6-8 months). Employees may be offered a full-time role if they are a good fit.

Working Environment:

• Stand on concrete floors for 8+ hours per day.

• Frequent bending, twisting, and lifting to 50 lbs. using proper body mechanics.

• Work in a fast-paced production environment with noise and activity.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and 'Audit Ready' production area.

• Wear appropriate clothing, including hairnets, beard nets, uniforms, and safety glasses as required.

Job Duties:

• Monitor raw materials and finished products for quality and consistency.

• Operate and maintain packaging and production equipment.

• Ensure all products are properly packed, sealed, and palletized; manually palletize when necessary.

• Verify codes and labeling on all raw materials and finished products.

• Rework finished product as needed (e.g., opening and repackaging bags or boxes).

• Follow cleaning schedules and sanitation protocols consistently.

• Maintain knowledge of all equipment and production processes in your area.

Job Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

• Prior production experience is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
