Pain Management Physician | Osteopathic Medicine | Fitchburg, MA Interventional Pain Management Clinic We encourage you to apply today We are seeking a part time pain management physician to work 2 days/16 hours a week in our Fitchburg office. Pain Management Physician (Natural ways to treat pain) – Fitchburg, MA About Us: At our practice, we take a different approach to pain management than what is often seen in traditional clinics. Rather than relying primarily on long-term medications or opioids that can lead to dependency, our focus is on interventional and natural treatments that address the root cause of pain such as nerve blocks, targeted steroid injections for inflammation, and other minimally invasive interventions. In addition, we incorporate natural methods including lifestyle modifications, physical therapy, guided exercise, and non-pharmacological techniques to support the body’s own ability to heal and recover. This patient centered approach reduces reliance on narcotics, prevents the cycle of addiction, and provides safer, more sustainable outcomes. Position Summary: We are seeking a board-certified Pain Management Physician to provide care for adults experiencing acute and chronic pain. The role involves utilizing pharmacological and interventional approaches to develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving patient function and quality of life. Job Responsibilities: Conduct patient consultations and performing a wide range of 25-30 interventional pain management procedures a day, including but not limited to: Trigger Point Injections, Epidural Steroid Injections, Selective Nerve Root Blocks, Sacroiliac Joint Injections, Radiofrequency Ablations, Joint Injections, Bursal Injections, Spinal Cord Stimulation, Botox Injections, Sympathetic and Peripheral Nerve Blocks and Platelet Rich Plasma therapy.
