As a Paint Technician, you'll be responsible for preparing and coating aerospace parts and monuments to precise specifications. Your work ensures high-quality finishes and compliance with industry standards. This is a temp-to-hire role that offers stability, growth, and a chance to join a team that values precision and excellence.
Paint Technician Duties:
- Adjust and spray required parts, monuments, and coupons to meet specification requirements
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet all required standards and tolerances
- Select appropriate parts or monuments for painting based on job traveler and drawings
- Mix coating liquids accurately according to job traveler and drawing requirements
- Fill paint liner or cup with the appropriate material and ensure proper application
Schedule:
- 2nd Shift
- Monday to Friday, 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM
Pay:
- $23.75 per hour
Paint Technician Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience painting in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Experience using HVLP (high-volume, low-pressure) spray equipment
- Familiarity with mixing ratios and coating preparation
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written specifications
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
